8. Your rights


8.1   Exercise of your rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Regulations, your request will be processed within 30 days from the time we are in possession of all the elements necessary to process it. If your request is complex, this period can be extended by a maximum of 2 months, but we will inform you beforehand.


8.2   Your right of access, rectification and portability (including not to be the subject of a decision based on automated processing)

8.3   Your right to oppose and erase your Data


This is your right to object at any time and without justification to the processing of your Data by HighCo Venturi. However, HighCo Venturi may refuse to grant your request in the event of legitimate and compelling reasons. You can obtain from HighCo Venturi that your Data be erased from our databases, in the manner defined by the Personal Data Regulations, subject to our legal storage obligations.


8.4   Your right to restriction of processing


In the event of a dispute relating to the processing of your Data, you may request that the processing of your Data be suspended while the dispute is being investigated. In this case, we will no longer use your Data until the dispute has been resolved. You can exercise this right when you object to the processing, when you dispute the accuracy of your Data, when you believe that their processing is unlawful or when you need it for the recognition, exercise or defense of your rights in justice.


8.5   Your right to bring an action with the CNIL
